    Our Mission

Our aim is to help our readers strengthen their mental and physical wellbeing, while raising public awareness and acceptance of their health challenges. Regular topics covered in our publication include: infertility, PCOS, endometriosis, trying to conceive, IVF, perimenopause, menopause, fibroids, fertility-related depression and anxiety, diet and nutrition, miscarriage, hormone replacement therapy, and much more.

    Our Vision

Our vision is to be the go-to media organization for women and non-binary people of all ages worldwide who are seeking support with gynecological conditions or infertility.

    Our values

    1. People with gynaecological or fertility challenges are not โ€œbrokenโ€ or of any less value than people who do not have these difficulties
    2. Asking someone if they want or plan to have children (or more children) is a personal and triggering question and we believe people should approach the topic with sensitivity
    3. Most females will experience a gynaecological health issue at some point in their lifetime, therefore building understanding of female health is vital
    4. Navigating infertility and gynaecological health can be as painful mentally and emotionally as it is physically, so we support all areas of wellbeing
    5. We want to work towards a society where people feel safe to share health concerns with their employers, colleagues, families, and friends
    6. We believe gynae conditions should be recognised by employers as potentially debilitating and accommodated accordingly
    7. Each person is different, and as such, will respond differently to treatments. We donโ€™t consider there to be a one-size-fits-all solution so instead provide information on a number of medical and holistic approaches so our readers can make informed decisions
