Jennifer Elworthy is a Certified Professional Coach with over 20 years’ experience in marketing, working on some of the UK’s most well-known media brands from the BBC, ITV, News UK and Hearst. In 2015, she experienced recurrent miscarriages and ectopic pregnancies, leaving her confidence at work at rock bottom. She worked with her mentor to reframe work as a wonderful distraction from the emotions of her fertility challenges, going on to be promoted to Director of Marketing and Communications at Freesat. During this time she went through intensive IVF treatment, so has first hand experience of the juggle involved. After qualifying as a coach in 2020, she now partners with women to navigate the challenges of balancing career goals with fertility treatment. Using a variety of coaching techniques, coupled with her empathetic yet pragmatic style, she supports her clients to truly thrive at work and face (in)fertility without fear.
