    Q. What inspired you to enter the field of women’s health / fertility?

    A. My journey into this work began with my own fertility struggle. I was diagnosed with unexplained infertility and it felt like a punch in the gut. The medical world was essentially saying: “We have nothing. There’s no reason you shouldn’t be pregnant, but you’re not.” I tried everything, the supplements, diet changes, acupuncture, endless research but nothing worked. I felt broken.

It was my acupuncturist who first suggested working with a fertility coach. I didn’t even know that kind of support existed, but I was emotionally drained and willing to try anything. That support changed everything!

Through mind-body connection work, I was able to calm the fear, regulate my nervous system, and shift how I was feeling, not just mentally, but physically. That shift helped me take the leap with IVF, something I’d been terrified of. And I believe with all my heart that it was this work that helped me conceive on my very first round of IVF at 37 when on average it takes three cycles.

That experience was so powerful that I knew I had to train to offer the same support to others. Now, I help women who feel overwhelmed, stuck, and exhausted shift the way they feel and, when that shift happens, everything else follows.

Because when the body feels safe, it can do what it was always meant to do which is to get pregnant.

    Q. What can you tell us about your coaching work with Paths 2 Parenthood?

    A. At Paths 2 Parenthood, I support women who feel emotionally drained, overwhelmed, and stuck often after months or years of trying to conceive. Many haven’t even started fertility treatment yet. They’ve already tried everything they can think of: supplements, acupuncture, diet changes, lifestyle overhauls. And still, no baby.

What makes it even harder is that no one is supporting the emotional toll, the anxiety, the heartbreak, the silent fear that maybe it’s never going to happen.

That’s where I come in. My work focuses on the mind-body connection, helping women get out of survival mode and into a place where their nervous system, hormones, and emotions are aligned and working with them.

We shift the internal stress, fear, and pressure that so often get in the way of conception. This isn’t just about feeling better, it’s about changing the physiological environment in the body. Because when the body feels safe, fertility improves.

And that’s why so many of my clients go on to get pregnant either naturally or via IVF, and often after feeling like they’d already tried everything.

    Q. What makes Paths 2 Parenthood stand out in the fertility coaching sector?

    A. Most fertility support focuses on the physical, timing, testing, treatment. But fertility isn’t just about your body; it’s about how safe and supported your body feels. And that’s where my work is different.

At Paths 2 Parenthood, I help women shift how they feel, emotionally, mentally, and physiologically so they’re no longer operating in survival mode. Because when you’re stuck in fear, overwhelm, or self-blame, it can quietly shut your body down in ways that clinics and other holistic treatments simply don’t address.

We all know stress can throw your period off. One tough month and your cycle goes completely out of whack.

So imagine what months, or even years of chronic stress, uncertainty, and heartbreak are doing to your reproductive system.

This is where the science comes in.

Stress affects hormone balance, ovulation, egg quality, implantation, and more. Studies show that women who receive mind-body support actually double their chances of pregnancy compared to those who don’t.

And the results I see in my work reflect that:
90% of my clients go on to get pregnant
and 70% of those doing IVF conceive on their very first cycle, when on average it takes three.

This isn’t about false hope. It’s about giving your body the safety, space, and support it needs to optimise conception and give you the best chance of getting pregnant.

    Q. Supporting women through egg freezing is a big part of your offering. Tell us more about this.

    A. Egg freezing has become a game changer for women. It offers freedom to focus on your career, your life, or simply wait until the time feels right to start a family. It’s for women who want to keep their options open, without being boxed in by age or pressure.

But what’s rarely talked about is just how physically and emotionally demanding the process is.

It’s hormone injections, scans, mood swings, and deep questions about your future. It’s often the first time many women confront just how much they want a baby one day and that can feel incredibly vulnerable.

    That’s where I come in.

I support women emotionally and physiologically through the process, not just to cope, but to optimise. We work together to reduce internal stress, align the nervous system, and create the best conditions for their body to respond well to stimulation.

Because it’s not just about freezing eggs, it’s about banking enough quality eggs to give yourself the best chance of a live birth in the future.

And doing it in a way that leaves you feeling empowered, supported, and emotionally steady, not burnt out or lost in the process.

    Q. Is there anything special you’re offering at the moment that you’d like to share?

    A. Yes, right now I’m offering Fertility Reset Sessions for women who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, and unsure of their options or how to move forward.

Whether you’re trying naturally, considering IVF, preparing for a frozen embryo transfer, or navigating the emotional ups and downs of egg freezing, this session offers a much-needed pause. It’s a space to slow down and come back to yourself.

This session is about understanding the overwhelm, gaining clarity, and becoming grounded, so you’re not making decisions from a place of panic or fear, but from calm confidence. We work on settling the nervous system, processing the emotional weight you’ve been carrying, and reconnecting to what’s right for you.

It’s not just about support, it’s about resetting emotionally and physiologically to give yourself the best possible chance, whether you’re trying now or planning for the future.

Many women describe it as the moment everything shifted, from chaos and confusion to calm, clarity, and real hope.

    Q. What advice would you give to a woman struggling with fertility who is unsure how to find the right support or treatment?

    A. If you’re struggling to conceive and don’t know where to start, you’re not alone.

It’s easy to feel pressure to jump into something quickly, whether that’s booking a consultation with a fertility clinic, signing up for IVF, or trying another supplement or protocol. But the truth is, there’s no one-size-fits-all path, and starting treatment without clarity can sometimes add more confusion, pressure, and emotional weight.

My advice is: don’t rush to do more start by understanding what’s going on for you emotionally, mentally, and physically.
Because how you feel, how safe your body feels, how supported your nervous system is, directly impacts your fertility outcomes, regardless of whether you are trying naturally or doing IVF.

Many of my clients have tried therapy or been told to go straight into IVF, but still feel stuck. That’s where my work is different. I support women to shift how they feel on a deep physiological level, so when they do choose a treatment path, whether it’s IVF, egg freezing, or continuing to try naturally, they’re doing it from a place of calm, clarity, and emotional strength.

The right support will help you feel informed, grounded, and ready, not more overwhelmed.

So if you’re unsure what to do next, start with support that helps you get clear on what you need – emotionally and physically. Because when you feel safe and supported, that’s when conception becomes possible.
And that’s the kind of support you deserve.
